No online platform — Wilif included — can honestly promise 100% safety, and we won't pretend otherwise.
What we can promise is that we've built real, working protections into this app, and that we keep
improving them. Here's exactly what we do, in plain language.
🔒 What we actively protect

Your location is never shown to men. Male accounts can never see any
woman's GPS location, distance, or address — not now, not after any number of invites. This is
enforced in the app's code, not just a policy.

One-time view photos/videos. You can send a photo, video, or voice
note that opens only once and then deletes itself from the chat.

Auto-delete. Photos and videos you send are automatically removed
from the server after 2 hours, no matter what.

Block & report. You can block anyone with one tap — once blocked,
they disappear from your chats and can't message or find you again.

Automatic language filtering. Abusive or inappropriate messages are
detected automatically; repeated violations get an account suspended without a human having to
notice first.

App lock. You can set a 4-digit PIN so no one else who picks up your
phone can open your chats.

Do Not Disturb hours & read-receipt control. You decide when
notifications reach you, and whether people can see when you've read their messages.
Honest limitation: "one-time view" and auto-delete stop the photo from staying in the chat —
they can't physically prevent someone from taking a screenshot or photographing their own screen
with another device. No app can fully prevent that, and we won't claim ours does.
💡 A few tips that genuinely help
🙅Don't share your home address, workplace, daily routine, or financial details with someone you've only just met here.
📞Do a video or voice call before meeting anyone in person — it's the easiest way to confirm someone is who they say they are.
☕If you do meet up, choose a public place for the first meeting, and let a friend or family member know where you're going.
🚩Trust your instincts. If someone pressures you, asks for money, or makes you uncomfortable, block and report them — you don't owe anyone an explanation.
🧾Never send money, OTPs, or banking details to someone you met on a dating app, no matter how convincing their story is.
